As we head into this busy time of the year, my thoughts have turned to December’s theme, Rest and Relaxation. Take the time to nurture yourself, so that you can be more fully present this holiday season. Here are this month’s Big Questions.
1. Do you get enough sleep each night? That is, do you get close to the amount that allows you to feel well-rested when your alarm clock goes off? If not, how can you remedy that?
2. Are you getting what you need done? True rest comes when you know you have finished your important work.
3. Are you over-committed? What can you drop, delegate, or re-arrange to give yourself more time?
