Bliss and Silence

In the everyday, we are often in a mode of “rush”. We yell for our family to hurry up, we move amidst honking horns, we work with the buzz of machines in the background.

Silence can be blissful.

Silence can be a chance to stop and step into the moment. It can be a chance to hear the stillness that lies at the heart of movement. Our celebrations are often full of music and talking, but bliss steals our words.

Bliss can be silent.
