Spell for Bliss

Stretch for 5 minutes when waking.

Eat 3 full meals of delicious food.

Spend 30 minutes outside.

Stop and take a deep breath or two whenever you need to, throughout the day.

Sleep well and deeply until you are completely rested.

Repeat for 7 days.

At the end of one week, you will be more blissful!
