An Invitation to Slow Down

The holidays can bring a lot of hustle and bustle. Parties, shopping, baking cookies and holiday feasts, attending religious services, planning and executing family visits…it can all get to be too much. That’s why I take the time to intentionally slow down in December. Here’s some questions to help you plan your own slow down.

1. In what ways are you deeply internalizing relaxation?

2. What tools do you need to relax? I like oil pastels, a journal, and a good book.

3. What do you need to get rid of to truly relax?
