As the days begin to lengthen more noticeable and blossoms appear, I find myself coming out of hibernation. I want to get outside, to do, to be active. Valentine’s Day may be past, but springtime brings out the romantic in me. So here are a few romantic springtime ideas for you!
Go to the Farmer’s Market together. As produce appears, so do your local Farmer’s Markets. Pick out something fresh. Go cook a little deliciousness together. Top it off by feeding each other fresh fruit. Yum!
Take a hike. Get out there on the trail. Whether you go for a day-long hike or a nice little walk on a short loop trail, get your blood pumping. Bonus: here in California, you can pick your sweetheart a bouquet at this time of year.
Plant something for the future. If you live together, picking a few nice plants or seeds to grow can be a lovely way to spend a day this spring. Think about whether you want food, beauty, natives, butterflies, or some other quality. Then go to town.
I hope these ideas for some mini-adventures have inspired you. Do you have more ideas for springtime adventures? Share in the comments!
